KENT Automatic Water Softener 40 is a whole house water softener that converts hard water into soft.
Hard Water, with very high mineral content, dries out skin and hair, makes our clothes turn paler, create salt depositions on bathroom fittings, and wear out appliances whereas soft water increases the life span of the appliances as well as prevents fabrics from losing their natural look and feel. Also, it reduces hair loss and prevents drying of skin along with reducing the consumption of soaps and shampoo by creating extra lather.
The fully automatic microprocessor controlled water softener comes with a time based regeneration process for the convenience of the users. Comes with 40 L resin volume, this softener doesn’t use any chemicals during the softening process, thus, making the softened water safe for use.

Automatic Regeneration Technology
KENT Automatic Water Softener 40 uses a fully automatic regeneration process and microprocessor-controlled method to make hard water soft. Hard water passes through 5 stages of regeneration- normal, backwash, recharging, flushing and brine refill without any manual intervention.

Time Based Regeneration
The water softener comes with an inbuilt microprocessor which helps in time-based regeneration process. The microprocessor helps in pre-setting a specific time and day to start the regeneration process so that you get continuous supply of soft water.

Installation & Regeneration
To reduce hardness of water, all you will have to do is install it alongside your overhead tank, on the roof-top and execute the process just by adding 6.4 Kg of table salt in brine chamber and filling it with water. With a high 40 litres resin volume, it requires regeneration after 11000 litres of water usage (if the TDS level is 500 ppm and Water Hardness is 200 ppm) and can be done by any individual at home.
